Frequently Asked Questions

We aim for everyone to get around 8 hours of hire in the day. We deliver between 8-12am and standard collection times are between 5-6pm. Later collection is available at £5ph til 8pm, then £10ph til 11pm. 

We do not do overnight hires 

If you have hired a hall / venue then we will deliver and collect at the times you request 

Yes all our equipment is RPII tested, pipa tagged and insured. All this information including document proof can be seen upon request 

Most our inflatables have shower covers attached in the event of rain. However if we are predicted heavy or continuous rain, high winds above 20mph or thunderstorms we will not go ahead with any outdoor bookings. The safety of our customers always comes first

No we don't 

All inflatables must be able to be pegged into the ground. We will set up on artificial grass as long as you don't mind  pegging the castle down.
